There are several new parts available in the MoCo's new winter catalogue. One is 16205-10 (Billet Front Engine Mount Bracket) and another is 16213-10 (Engine Mount Stabilizer Link). Both attach the front cylinder head to the frame on the Tourers.

Is there a reason that the new stabilizer bar (p/n 16213-10), described as "2009-later", won't fit a 2008? Or will it?

I have a 2008 FLHRC and if I could replace the stock stabilizer bar/link at the front there with a nice shiny chrome one, I'd be a happy camper.

The frame on the 09/10 is a lot different than previous years.  If it fits to the frame the chances are it will not fit.

Thanks Bob. Makes sense. I didn't think of the frame changes...
