so with your 883-1200 conversion you bought the barrels and pistons from the states got them fitted here and added the tm-auto tune..1-did you do any head work?
2-why did you go with the 9.5 to 1 comp not the 10-1 comp kit?
3-i no your happy with this conversion but would you change anything if you did it again?

thanks , i already have a pc111 so i think i'll go the same way as you .
i was looking at the 10-1 pistons mainly so i could upgrade to bigger cams later on..but maybe better reliability could be a good thing!.cheers for the advice..dc..

                                thank you for the thread , good to see some one doing a bit of a change and helping other with the information .

Just a question .... when all done , would it be better to just buy the 1200 , or have you saved a little cash and had a bit of fun in doing the mechanics

yeh my girls nghtster would beet my dyna but her front wheel starts to lift off the ground at 130 and i just pass ..but both have 77rrhp
