Cruzn Pete, your Sporty is a natural supermodel, what a pose! Reminds me to have the digicamera handy on the next sunny day and think of a nice locale and shoot some porno shots of the Red Devil...

I now have the choice of Harley stealth grips (which I got for $46US on ebay - fluke!) and are coming or to stick with the Harley flame grips. I like them equally in their looks but the stealth would go with my feet and shifter pegs, being Custom Chrome rail (ie. they match )... Hmmmm...

Here's mine.

It is an 08 1200 custom.

I had some old leather lying around so I knocked up a saddle bag for it which gives it a slight retro look compared to normal saddle bags.

I need to fabricate a flash bracket for it though.

 

The other side is quite standard but with some different pipes.

Thanks Bucket,

   I only had enough of that type of leather to make one bag. It was always intended to be a practice one.
One issue I noticed is that strapping it to the bike marks the swing arm so it needs a bracket to come off the mounts for the pillion peg.
When I have a bracket made I will make a few more. At this stage i am not sure wether to use plate steel, steel tube or cast alloy.
I will gladly let you know if it progresses.
