Actually, he built that  before the rocker was released.

The rest of the competition were a bunch chromed softails or baggers with paint.  Big friggin woop ! There's a million of them. He's gone and done something completely different, fabricated his own parts and modified etc, to really chop a bike. I reckon it's great.

It's a pretty flash bike with plenty of work and dollars in it.
But you have to wonder if the owner stood back after he finished the rear end and said "you know what Billy-bob? I really thought it would look a lot better than that"
