I thought I'd share with you the email i've sent to Heartland to try and see whats going on, I hope the guys can sort it out cause I love the fender i've ordered but I don't think the email is out of order:

"I'm sorry to be writing this email but feel that it is important I put this down on an email so that you have a chance to respond and explain what may have gone wrong and subsequently have a chance to make sure things improve for the next customer.

That's piss poor service mate and they should not take payment untill the part is shipped.

 

and their reply was???

I found a mob called Zeel Design in Brisbane do the front fender and other bits for a Rocker. See if that helps.

Will post the reply if I get one, only sent it Friday evening so hopefully I'll hear back by Monday.

So had a phone message from them this morning thanking me for my email and letting me know that the fender was on it's way and that I could phone up and get the tracking number if I wanted.

Missed the call so sent an email back:

"Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the call, I absolutely do still want the fender so if you could email the tracking no. back to me that would be great.

I was just very concerned that I'd been told different things on so many occasions, i would have much preferred to just have been told up front that it would have taken 3 weeks to ship, I love the product so would have been happy to wait.

Thanks again for taking the time to call me and I'll let you know when it arrives."

Fender arrived today, off to the shop tomorrow for the paint, prob be without the bike for a couple of weeks now

You paid over 500 bucks for a front fender????

how much to make one for me next time?

Make one ,,,, I've got them on the Shelf for $200.00

well fark i'm 3 weeks and 300 bucks too late, fark it.
