I thought I'd share with you the email i've sent to Heartland to try and see whats going on, I hope the guys can sort it out cause I love the fender i've ordered but I don't think the email is out of order:
"I'm sorry to be writing this email but feel that it is important I put this down on an email so that you have a chance to respond and explain what may have gone wrong and subsequently have a chance to make sure things improve for the next customer.
That's piss poor service mate and they should not take payment untill the part is shipped.
and their reply was???
I found a mob called Zeel Design in Brisbane do the front fender and other bits for a Rocker. See if that helps.
You paid over 500 bucks for a front fender????
