You will require 2" over throttle and idle cables and you can use a stock length clutch cable.You would be better off useing longer brake lines as well,but you can use the standard brake lines,just need to bend a bit at the top,I didn't want to bend mine so I got some braided lines .

And yes 2" longer will do fine.I got mine from MandMcycles in the U.S. heaps cheaper than getting them here
are you going to get braided or standard cables?
