Hey... might want to double check your dates. These two great races are over sequential weekends: MotoGP at Philip Island is Oct 3-5; Round 10 or V8s at Bathurst is Oct 9-12.

i'll be going as well at least 6 bikes at this stage all 2up. doing the saturday cranbourne run but want to do the barry sheen run as well time permitting. may see a few of you there or along the way

saturday is a meet up in cranbourne, with a little do on there by the locals. street rodders sausage sizzle etc. heaps of bikes fill the main street then someone waves all the bikes off. last year being mick doohan. some head for the island or go off to do their own thing before hitting the island for saturday night fun. a guy doing mono's last year on a sporty in the main street well until the cops turned up. he wasn't too bad

me and a few mates riding down, leaving Thursday. thinking of doing the trip in one day ( Monday ) back to Sydney. Anyone else stupid enough to join me ?
