I currently have the oleo pneumatic's on my bike & can honestly say without hesitation that it handles as well as a naked jap bike.
Better in fact than the ZRX1200 Kawa i had recently.
Having said all that, handling isn't everything, especially with a Harley so they will be for sale in the very near future if anyone is interested.

Price fixing is illegal under the trade practices act, forget the section number but froggy might just be breaking the law by trying to monopalise the market !!!

Do you see Myers or Harley Davidson or anyone else taking you to court for buying the same items on the internet from overseas. lol

OK. 2012 was a good year, bought my last new Harley and pissed off the Mrs. drag me down anchor. Now got some Fornales from Bendigo swap meet, Magnum as in icecream , aluminium. #Looked on line but just wish to suss pressure, seem like a dickhead, but how the fuck do you adjust from Bar to bigger Bar. I like big Bar...keep cool.

I had fournales shocks on a shovelhead when they first started, I never liked them, went to works performance shocks & liked them a lot better. only thing I liked about them was light weight

I had them on my FLHT, 13", but now run them on my sporty.
Expensive? Yes. The pump alone cost me $250. Do they work ok ... Yeah, they do.
A good set of ohlins are around the 2 thou Mark.
Would I buy another set? No.
I don't think that you can beat the feel of a well set up air/oil shockie with a spring.

    Mickle is so right.
Forget Fornos unless really light weight motorcycle, have had the under and side by side on Harleys.
    Not worth the effort.

There are better for dynas and tourers out there for adjustability but for the original softails I don't know a better one, happy to be educated though, you do need a decent pump for the softail version, high pressures involved.

2006 I paid $1800 for a set of Fornales on my 2006 Fatboy, with RaceTek on the front I gotta admit that Fattie did handle much much better than some other shit tried little than on the original rubbish. But getting under and adjusting, pumping the fuckers was a pain, not often but.
Current Fornales I've sorta had to have remanufactured screw sections (which are the top and bottom locating bolt hole attachment section, which takes load from lateral movement and attaches the unit to the frame.Of course settting up just the basic is ensuring that shocks are aligned to upper and lower to the mm or the side load would stress that shit metal searching the weak point thereby cracking the shit metal. My magnams were not made for a Tourer, but I had to try. The originals are made of shit alloy, not able to weld or repaair. I guess hence screw on and off for replacement. Well the new steel ones are great, with oil replaced and I've noted seal manufacturer and seal ID's - shit I could just go on repairering, but at too greater cost.
They are set on 280PSI each, take that, working and holding up really well.
But will try a more conventional set up soon, theres a shit load of other shockers that won't give in when the going gets hot and heavy, with the option of adjustments a variety of ways.

Cheers mate, had me fucked as they just look like normal shocks. They ride pretty well but just a bit low. I'm guessing that if you increase the air pressure it stiffens up the preload making them ride harder.

I had them on my wideglide Steve, have them on my softail as well, yeah adjusting the pressure to suit the load is the go, I can't remember what the pressures were now but I had two main ones, one for solo and one for carting the missus, easy to adjust with dynas, right fuck with the softail so I leave it on the missus setting as it's not bad one up.
