Sadly the bike failed one item for the engineers inspection:(
The indicator lights don't flash faster when one of the lights is busted or broken. The reason is I use an electronic module and it produces a constant flash for indicating. So now I have to figure out to get that flasher installed with my module...headache ahead!

    Any ideas?

The test reads that if a light is not working it must have a warning Eg a sound or other warning light ,, it dosnt say anything about different speed of the flash , get your engineer to re read the rules , another way around it is to fit LED indicators , they don't blow bulbs

Operating Green or Yellow Tell-tale fitted? If no Is an audible operating tell-tale fitted?

Well I took the bike to the engineer on a private track to do the test and have managed to pass everything other than noise!

I have a stock Harley exhaust on and the throttle has been limited and it's still too loud! Any suggestions guys?

I've attached a photo of the bike with all the testing equipment attached!

I would try some newer hd mufflers or make it a 2 into 1 or fill the pipes up with steel wool
