I made one out of an old filter , made it ve2rt thin to avoid a lot of wasted oil. I also made the return bypass line to stop the dirty oil returning to the sump (dyna). Cost me less than a dollar for the 90 degree nylon fitting, just need to take off one barb a bit till it is a snug fit in the oil return port.
For the rocker with poor access to remove the oil return line, you could fit a 3 way valve and use that as a permanent solution.
I get about 1.5 liters of old oil come out before it changes to clean oil.
    Cheers

Have bought one, like 5 years ago. They ok. But big deal, don"t get sucked into, hype, although in saying such, they are good, cheap insurance...                                      Bipolar, NON/ Just like insurance.

That's a good idea to rig something in permanently Ken, maybe even be able to remove the whole return pipe and connect a pipe/fitting temporarily to the engine outlet. Whether it's ultimately worth the trouble or not I'm not sure but I'll look into it a bit anyway for next time.
Given the website clearly states the Twin cam B arrangement fits all 2000 on soft tails except the Rocker C, if I was a bit more switched on I might have realised that the Breakout is nearly identical in some areas and it probably wouldn't work.

Depending on how the tank return line is rigged, fitting s 3 way valve permanently into the system should be straight forward. I would make sure you can lock the valve in the normal operating position, even with just lockwire and plug the bypass port when not in use.
If you have to re route the return put the valve down on the frame rail with the drain port down, less mess ;)
     Good luck.

I just thought it seemed like a good idea rather than leaving nearly a quarter of the engines dirty oil in the engine after an oil change. I'm sure many, many Harleys have survived just fine the regular way but it couldn't hurt.

I think if you go for a good run before oil change & drop oil as soon as you get home, you get most of it out. especially these day's with two oil pumps in there. one pumping one scavenging. I do 70+ k on open road then drop oil & filter too. done that long time & have looked in motors they look clean.
I think most anything when you drop oil, will still have some oil inside.
