Thought  i"d post up some pics of my build. The plan is to build a minimallistac bike with all the bells and wistle's ie alarm, fuel injected, factory harley gagues and stupid lights and possible a paul cox style ridged air bag suspension seat. The biggest thing is going to be coming up with trick ways to hide everything as apossed to just pulling of shit and throwing it in the bin. Because it's my first build i thought id make it as easy on myself as possible and go with a sporty power plant during my research process i got wind of the fact that that craft tech where releaseing a new frame for the ruber mounted version of the sportster engines. I quickly picked up a pretty clean stat ride 2009 1200c off for a good price and put in a call to Ian at VPW to order a new frame origanilly it was going to be a couple of monthes wait but i was allright with that cause i had to start collecting parts anyway a couple of months more than expected and here we are now.

Bit of an update I've mounted my tank and i got my seat from la rosa in califionia the qaulity is amazing other than that I'm workin on my patients waiting for parts and trying hard to figure out the best way of running the standard mufflers for icv. I'm pretty shaw i'll have to lift the back of the seat up abit to so i've clearance for the rear fender two.

So I've been looking into brake kits that are avalible and I have notice that most of them are for disc's on the right hand side. i found a brake kit from preformance machine that is a replacement for the stock harley unit but less bulkier i also found a picture of a bike with this rear cilper set up in use. If anyone knows any issue with running this set up if you could give us a heads up that be awsome.

And thanks to H-D for releaseing the new 72 with a different rear master cylinder cause it works perfect for my application.

Got my oil tank mounted and tire fitted.

I had to move the drain to the left hand side of the tank.

In this photo you can also see the flat bar walka recomened I could not get one on the bottom because it would have thrown of how the bracket lines up with axel. I'm very much in love with the look this rear tire gives the bike I dont know how it will handle but it looks cool and that's all that matters with a ridgid right?

I also bought a cover for the pully witch has made it blend into the wheel a bit better and not sitck out like dogs balls any more.
