I kind of decided I couldn't be bothered enginering it because club plates are so easy to get in vic and it's only costing me $140.00 a year as apose to $700 for full reg

How do you go about getting club reg? Wouldn't the bike be classified as a 2009 model based on the engine?

The bike’s age is based on the frame, not the engine

Well going by this thread he bought a new aftermarket frame in 2013 so I don't think 5 year old bikes qualify for club rego?
