when we use to race set up the 883 twins sports ( scremin eagle 883 road race series ) bikes we use to turn up the adjuster 6 to 13 turns on there stock emulator  spring  that was back in the mid to late 1990's  ,10 -  20 w Belray fork oil 

Hilly - a bit of a side issue - just want to increase the fork pre-load a bit by putting in longer spacers and up the oil to 15w in my fatbob. Do you recall the gauge/dimensions of the PVC spacers? I'm not planning on buying a kit, so I'll need to source them from hardware supplier and wanted to have them on hand when I pull it down.
