There is also a hole cover you can get from the Fatboy rear guard.

Thanks chopperbobo. I did not know about the chrome plug under the seat, but I went straight to the garage and there it was, just as you said. It has now been put on the rear fender. If you do decide to go ahead with the mod let me know and I can help with rear fender removal. It's a piece of cake. Thanks again.

Another stupid question, did you spray the clear on the inside or the lens or outside?

    Cheers

Dave , the lenses do not come off, you have to mask the chrome, sand all the lettering off the lens so its nice and smooth, then apply the VHT Nite-Shades (2-3 light coats) then as many coats of clear on top as you like ( i did 3)

So I just picked up my 2016 breakout... I asked for the chop z with led lights but they've installed the option for tail tidy and keeping the factory indicators/tail lights.

I'm undecided if I should keep it as is or get what I paid for:

    Reasons are:

-I've heard the cops hassle you heaps more and it would be a bitch to get a rwc after it's been modded.

-the LED lights on the chop z can mess with the cpu

Has anyone had any issues with these things or have any insight?

I know this is an old thread but I’ll give it a crack anyway. I’ve not long had my bike and have just bought a BikeCraft fender eliminator. I didn’t realise when I bought it that the actual part that holds the number plate doesn’t take a standard 7 digit plate. Am I right in thinking that i need a custom plate with fewer digits (I’ve gone with 4 digits) so ya can trim the edges down to make it fit?

I can tell you one thing if you live in QLD. Found out last Thursday that no rear reflector = $113.00 DEFECT fine............

Thanks for the info, I just put my rear reflector back on after reading your post. Now the arse end of the Rocker C looks even worse......

I live in Brisbane and don’t need any fines....

Ahhh cool. I’ve got the new plate but haven’t gotten around to trying it for size. Hopefully it’ll work.
