I grabbed an LED brake/park light from Hyway Truck Spares at Chipping Norton and gave it a slight trim and fitted it inside the empty tri bar case.
Spliced the wires into the appropriate wires and works good for me.

    cost me about $30.

You can let them know that there are a number of riders in Aus that will buy their product if they produce an adapter to wire it up.

A lot of riders find it is a waste having the 'fake' light setup without lights.

I look forward to hearing what you find out.

Any news on pics or a diagram? I am also interested to know if CD has suggested they may cater for the Australian market.

I went to Supercheap and got the $18 red LED as the cheaper SCA lights were out of stock at the local stores. I found the second pin down on the input and bottom pin on the output side of the plate worked as the brake light. a bit hard to solder as not much space between pins but not too difficult. I think I could have fitted more lights into the space but it works well and looks great at night.

Still havent had time to pull it apart and get photos. Sorry lads. I'm currently working on white LEDs in the slotted chrome windscreen fairing trim. The flexible strips work ok but i've run them underneath the trim and it basically crushes them so they dont last too long. Might have to put individual segments in the slots, a lot of mucking around with the wiring. Might be easier to get the genuine one.....

    Good work Doc15. Great initiative.

Just goes to show that people with a bit of knowledge and experience can do to problem solve for themselves and everyone else on the forum.

I look forward to hearing about the end result.

Nice doc. If/when custom dynamics get this sorted I'll buy one. Hopefully it'll be a running and brake light setup
