For anyone going to Lennox for the HOG rally, there is still accomodation available in Ballina, I phoned a couple of places today and they still had rooms available, firstly at the Sun n Surf, talk to Joanna on 0266863982 or there are still rooms at the Ramada, bit more expensive but between a few  people could still be affordable.

Thanks darkash69, haven't had aproblem with water and I have been in some pretty heavy downpours, the cover is only open at the bottom, still gets plenty of air (SE II air), but is protected from the elements. I run a Fuelpak and even though the bike goes hard I am not 100% happy,  still have some popping in the low rpms and the way V&H have it set up is a little weird, it feels like on decel most of the fuel is cut-off which doesnt make sense as that would make it lean but its not??????. I dunno!  Anyway was thinking of giving BigJoes FuelShot a go, he seems to be impressed with the performance, but it means forking out out another $500.  I see you have a Tmax, people seem to swear by them but at $900 you would bloody hope so. Your thoughts?

Yeah mine does the same, ie a slight surge down low and thats when the popping starts, it just took a little getting used to. Will probably stay with it for a while and when I find a lazy $500 hunnard try BigJoes (support local business), anyway the cheapest I can get a PCIII for is bout $270US, with exchange rate and shipping it would be about $350 all up so for another $150 I get the local unit with support for tuning ect. Thanks for the reply mate, you going to Lennox?

Yeah going up, staying at Ballina, also leaving from down here (Callala Bay) on the 2nd, staying to the 6th. It's going to be huge from what Ive heard, all new to me, cant wait to see all the different Harleys.

My surge is hardly noticeable so it doesnt cause me concern, it's just different than my SERF was.

Anyway I'll keep an eye out for you.

    Have a safe trip.

Yeah mate I did edit my post because after asking what u ride I noticed your sig and said to myself "dumbass" for asking!.  Got accomodation at the Sun n Surf, contact details are a few posts up. They did have some rooms left but that was 3 days ago. Callala Bay is part of Jervis Bay 100 miles south of Sydney. Had a look at your photos mate, both nice lookin rides, the Street Glide looks nice, I like the colour.

Don't know what time I'm leaving darkash, there will be 4 of us heading up from Nowra, closer to the date I'll message you and let you know when we're leaving so you can meet us somewhere on route. Look forward to it.
