I'm trying to sort out some time off work to make jindy for a couple of nights. I have to ride through tumut to get there so do you know what day the ride to tumut will be? If it's the Tuesday, I could meet there and ride back to Jindy.

I'll be doing the first night in yack, the second night in orbost and the third night in jindy (first of the 3 nights in jindy). Will book a room at each of them over the next couple of days.

Wed or Thurs day trip to Tumbarumba for lunch , anti clockwise via Tumut .

I'm now officially booked in to the Yack Motor Inn, Orbost Hotel and night 1 at the Lake Jindabyne Hotel.....yea ha
Leigh the Lurker with the silver Superglide will also be there for Yack and Orbost...

I did a simular ride last year with the Spyder Riders forum, the circle was a little smaller as we took the link road before Jindabine, great loop, we will be there again in april staying at Talbingo

I can see where you are coming from Mickle .

The young local barman was a fuckwit . Wanted to shut the bar at 10pm while we were all still drinking !! Charged Mickle and Jo $50- for the night ( 1 bed  ) and me and Action $25- ( 2 beds ) , and when asked , just said they don,t charge for kids . It didn,t make sense , and neither Wally or Michelle were there to discuss .

 

 

Frank owns the Ultima pub , be,s a bike rider . Would be good to find another in that area , bout half way between Adelaide and Melb , both for stop overs to Snowys , and other get togethers . 

Maybe they,ve just lost the love .........

Re: Lascelles, was dissapointed last time on the way to Echuca and as Mick points out, if there's no locals drinking, something must be wrong.

If it wasn't for the cheap rooms, 13 bikes in the bar, burnouts, thong slapping, bar shitting locals..... actually doesn't sound too bad?

We've had some good sessions there and maybe it was just a bad night.

If anyone is staying at Yackandandah Hotel on Sunday 10th Jan , ring Sandra ASAP as she has held all rooms , and I am the only one to book . She will not hold the rooms for much longer .
