Johnny Cash doing a cover of a Nine Inch Nails song.
One occasion that i like the cover more than the original , think it was one of his last performances.

I heard someone say ‘When Johnny Cash covers your song, it ain’t your song no more’. Fair call when it comes to this one :-)

Also, Trent Reznor said ‘It felt like someone kissing your girlfriend’. But also said that it was a huge honour.

Just got a copy of Status Quo's frantic 4 reunion tour 2013. Featuring the original line up and playing mostly their 77 live album stuff.
The boys sure had it and are without a doubt one of the best bands in the world. Some will even say they are but when you're in the league with
likes of ACDC, the stones, u2 it is down to personal opinion. The return of Lancaster and Coughlin gives the band the old chemistry back. Status quo had so many hit songs that weren't their big-ticket items that were underrated and this reunion tour shows the depth of their material. If you are a Quo fan you will be blown away by this DVD and CD

    Comedy gold!
The "Bambi" episode has Motorhead playing the ACE of Spades as the lads rush to catch a train in time for University Challenge(which features Hugh Lawrie and Stephen Fry).

I hadn’t heard of her so I just went to Spotify. After first finding some lady singing opera style (not really my thing) I clicked another thing and found her. Very smooth, chill and classy. I’m only two songs in but I like!!! ;-) She’s got a great smooth voice.

Yeah, YouTube is probably easier, she writes & sings some very different stuff, loosely based on the history of American slavery.

At The Purchasers' Option is a particular favorite atm. Pretty Little Girl With The Blue Dress On, now if that doesn't get you moving on the inside nothing will.

Sweet Child O' Mine by Thunder & Rain, simple but catchy.

Leroy Justice, Purple Rain, better than the original, imo.

Finish the set off with Proud Mary by Tori Matthieu, always worth a watch...... ;-)
