I agree it looks great but why bother on a 500. Because the engine is not what is seeen on most Harleys it could be mistaken for a yamaharley
But that is impressive work walka and it is certainly unique. I would rather ride that any day of the week over a stock 500.
Pretty sure that's Luke's bike and he got 68HP out of it so better than an 883 and pretty much the same as a stock 1200. Not bad for a LAMS bike. FYI its undergoing a 2nd rebuild due to being crashed. He also makes 1 off exhausts.
That's no good. How'd he bin it?
I am with you on this one, some of the mods on these bikes cost shit loads but I suppose it was the
same when we were younger driving shit heaps, we still spent money on mag wheels, paint and interiors
only to smash the fuckers as we were still learning, the bloke doing up this particular bike is I think trying
to turn it into a business, I think he is a welder/fabricator or something and manufacture's bits and pieces
for the 500s, he is turning that 500 into a 750 I think, he also supplies cams for them.
Hear, hear HH!
Hats off to the young bloke for a having it modded. My son is seriously looking at buying a Street 500 he's got almost 18moths before he can ride open class. Doesnt want standard, likes the "old shcool" style. He'll be following this bloke I recon,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Thats the spirit, do what feels good for you don't worry about what folks say
On a group ride, wasn't there but saw the photos of his face on FB. Nothing broken other than the bike so he's building it again. Good on him better than doing drugs and all the other shit some of these young blokes get up too now days.
