Top effort. Especially after an injury that would stop most people riding. Fucking awesome.

    Impressive.

    Something I didnt know,

News said they do up to 900 kays in a stage.

Your arse knows all about it if you do 900 kays on a nice bitumen road in one day, But to race up to 900 kays a day over many days on rally tracks,

     Bloody impressive

Watched a segment on 60 minutes about the Alice to Fink rally held over the long weekend and Toby's 5th victory in the event, he's awesome, good viewing.

Great effort. Keith I saw the same story on sixty minutes. He'd finish a stage in a 4x4 and then run to catch a plane back to the stage start so he could ride in the motorcycle comp too. Jeez he goes quick

He's truly a one of a kind rider, to be able race the Finke desert race on both bike and car (flying back to the bike start for his 2nd go at the race on the same day for that didn't see the story) when most people struggle to even finish once, incredible.

    The guy is super human!

he certainly is worthy of the "champion" title.
to be quick/fast on the tar is one thing ,but reach that level on tracks in the scrub is some thing else.

Just been reading an article on line where Toby is out of the 2017 Dakar with a leg fracture, hope he's ok and back on the bike soon.

Well Gents we are all very quiet about Toby in 2018. The lad has just won the stage today and because of a fuck up yesterday he lost half an hour on the leader. Currently 3rd but a few min behind second and half hour behind the leader. Go Son!!!

He's in the hunt again, not a lot of coverage on mainstream media, SBS gave him a boost.
