Thanks for that mate, only an extra 400 Km's, well worth looking into.

what is the maximum distance for fuel stops doing the West Coast?

    did you carry spare fuel?

Roebuck (just south of Broome) to Sandfire Roadhouse is ~289km and Broome to Sandfire is ~323km.

    Cheers

Roebuck is about 40 odd km  Inland from Broome, ( you must go past it as it's at turn off to get into Broome), I went around Oz last August, towing a trailer. and i topped up at Roebuck on way. and made it to Sandfire with a couple litres to spare, so with no trailer do it Easy.

We got shit fuel between Port Augusta and Erldunda. 280 to the tank. Not good. Only got 200 to the tank north of Alice but sitting on 180 not good for ecconomy

We are on the Super Tenere towing the camper trailer, 400km's between tanks is doable, but we have 10 liter jerry as back up
