Front suspension improvement for 2015 NRS

After some real input of setting up the front suspension more for performance and handling. There seems to be a lot of suggestions around for looks.

Coming from a Hayabusa to the 2015 Nightrod Special has been a learning curve in getting confidence in its cornering abilities. I am about to go with a set of Avon tyres which should help - but the front is rather "mushy" with no real feedback.

Some have recommended the progressive springs - but they generally ride around town. I have enjoyed track days on the Hayabusa and would like to get the Nightrod out there. Have got the Akro exhaust, SE cleaner and an incredible tune – so there’s no issue with torque or power, just handling.

What have other members done to sort out their front end - as it seems a fairly common complaint.

    Appreciate some inputs. Thank you

    Gunn,
I had Walter at YSS here in Adelaide rebuild my front end and supply a pair of piggy back fully adjustable rear
shocks and have to say the ride is chalk n cheese. Although im still playing around with my solo settings ATM im quite satisfied with our two up ride.
Well worth spending some coin to achieve what the factory didnt do. I plan on getting an aftermarket swing arm from the UK later which will help the
suspension work better as well. Then may be carbon composite discs. ( All in weight reduction...)

    Cheers,

Thanks RodADELAIDE - what did YSS do to them - just the progressives and oil ?.
For the rear I am about to try out the Arnotts with adjustable rebound etc. A friend in the States who has come from a sportsbike background said that they worked out well for him and may suit me as sometimes I have bag on the back travelling and sometimes two up.

    Regards
    Steve
