I think I'm pretty pleased with that -- particularly if there is a thread option. I dig that it looks streamlined too. Can you put up a pic side on? I'm interested in seeing the distance the bag sits between the derby cover and rear shock. Thanks.

For some reason I'm having trouble getting some photos up at the moment but I'll keep trying. There is 35mm clearance at the front towards the derby cover and 25mm at the rear the shock. When some more leather turns up I'll make one with red stitching.

If you can make 'em like the one with the red stitching I'll order one off you also for my softail. I like the shape of that one a bit better with the single strap.

Yeah a bit like kustomtown I am keen for softy one but need em off the ground a little as well otherwise they just get the ass dragged out of em.
As for style I'm keen for plain leather one like in first pic. Let me know if ya got one left or can whack somethings up.
    Cheers

Sorry guys, I'm still having trouble putting pics up. But i managed to add some to my post at the top of this page of the first of the new Dyna solo bag on a bike. I'll get some more photos up this evening.

It would be good if you could stick a bit of polished stainless/aly on the forward outer edge.

Kustomtown came up with a few ideas for me to work on so here's a variation of the softail bag.

Shortened top flap with edge strip, single buckle and red stitching. The bag is slightly shorter in the front so when the bike is leaning over ( turning a corner and touches the foot peg ) it is still 65 mm off the ground. It's a bit more work but turned out pretty good.

Like the red stitching, will suit my bike well..
Is the leather black, looks sorta green in the pic.
    I'm keen on one..

It's definitely black, just the way it came out in the photo. I picked a leather that wasn't full gloss to, which made it look better. Gloss looked sort of cheap.

Hi Fire, digging the bags. Do you have ones for Dyna still? I have the new 2016 low rider S and would like to get one. PM me plz if you have any. I also like the fact you guarantee no rubbing, that's a bonus.
