Hey guys, recently I removed my thundermax and went to the standard Harley ECM for my 2011 street bob. I now have no need for the thundermax and am looking to sell.

The research I have done indicates this will fit; 01-10 softtail models, 02-07 Touring models (cable throttle), 04-11 dyna models and 07-09 XL models. However I strongly reccomened doing your own research before buying.

Part numbers are 309-340 (ECM) and 309-350 (auto tune). From what I can find online this combination is noted as part number 309-360.

Also included is the thundermax piggy back cable (309-324), used to easily connect the motorcycles to your computer and a 12ft cable - USB to serial port adapter. All that will be required is a download of the thundermax software to be able to connect to your computer. I dont have the CD with the software on it.

A New 02 Sensor will be required, these are a stock item at rollies and retail around $150 (part number 309-355). The negative wire for the piggyback lead has been cut in half so will need to be repaired. I can do this before it leaves or you can do it yourself. *NOTE* This does not affect the operation of the thunder max, it is only used for...

"Allows a second port for the communication cable connection to Gen II ThunderMax®, serial number 114,000 or higher. It is installed to the bike’s wiring harness at the 36-pin ECM connector. Handy for motorcycle models with tight clearances around the ECM such as Dyna®, Softail® Rocker® and 2002- 2005 V-Rod® models. Will not work on Throttle-By-Wire or Gen III Models. Included with ThunderMax® systems #309-364 and #309-385."

Rollies quoted me $1316 for this unit brand new so asking price is $250 ono.

Nothing wrong with the unit itself mate. Just needs a new oxygen sensor.
What would you say is a fair price?

After getting a bit more work done on the bike, the tuner recommended it, as he can get better results out of the stock one then he can get with the thunder max.

Personal preference on his behalf  guess.

    Cheers
