Hi could any one help me out with 2 of my questions?

I was just wondering about an australian approved speedo.... does it only have to read speed in kilometers and have all the othe jazz like indicator symbols, high beam low beam etc? Im asking because i want to get a speedo from the states and i know they can read in klph but not sure if the odometer has to read klph as well?

Also wanting to know if anyone knows a rough cost for getting a custom bike engineered in qld?

    Thanks in advance.

    Wow thats good to know.

Is it written anywhere the regulations for this sort of stuff or is it a matter of talking to engineer?

    Thanks

All this stuff is on this website
    https://infrastructure.gov.au/roads/motor/design/adr_online.aspx

you'll have to dig through for the specific rule you're after though
