The rear end of that bike has been executed perfectly in my opinion. The style of fender and how well it's been placed and mounted, the seat flowing into it, the height and angle of the sissy bar, placement and style of exhaust, and even the well thought out chain relief in the oil tank. Very well done, looks spot on!

Thanks guys, can’t take credit for a bunch of it, Glenn Aitkin has done all of the fab and assembly, I just gave him the design ideas and sketches of how I wanted it!

And, you’d probably be surprised at how little it’s all cost, there’s probably under $14k in it, that’s including buying the bike, buying new tins, paint, exhaust, gearbox rebuild. We’ve just been really selective about what we changed and what could be recycled.
We could have gone nuts and replaced all of the bolts, polished the cases, repainted the cylinders, full rewire etc. but where do you stop?!
Most of the parts a brand name off the shelf... TC Bros, throttle addiction, lowbrow, walka etc.

    Haha dunno!

I only got to ride it 3 times before I binned it, was a minor crash but happened because of the buggered gearbox and previous owner tinkering with the S&S carb who had no idea what they were doing.

We haven’t dug into the motor but it sounds and feels like someone’s spent a bunch of money on it, sounded pretty hotrodded!

    Oh no.

Was a blessing in disguise though.. If the gear box had of let go on the freeway.

It looked like there had been two broken teeth rattling around in there for who knows how long, especially on sporties with the gearbox being integrated.. disaster.

But, found a rebuilt box, took the best bits from mine, best bits from his, combined them, glenn knows his stuff so its not backyard garage build. It was a lucky low speed thing, could have been bad!
