Looking for product advice from anyone that has fitted complete chrome handlebar switch housings control kits (including brake master cyl & levers etc).
Would like to re-use existing switches/wiring but get chrome switch covers.
Any preferred brands or brands to stay away from? Bike is 96 FXDWG.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the review punkin,

The chrome switchblocks/master cylinder really do finish off your bars nicely - what a difference!
I was actually looking at Kuryakin, I also see that J&P Cycles have their own kit. I would like to cover the actual switches with chrome covers as well.
I suppose the fact that yours have been in service for quite a while without any chrome peeling/degradation speaks for itself.
    Cheers

    Looks good rodders.
Just been browsing the HD website - all the goodies are there, a little more expensive but at least I know they'll fit & are of good quality.

The switch block looks great. If you plan on doing a few k's on your bike Stick to the black switches. The plastic chrome ones break to often for my liking.

I was thinking about getting them but wasn't sure if it was too much chrome....but after seeing Punkin and Rodders pics....it looks badass. It's interesting that some find they last and dont peel or break..others find that the break too often. Was it the HD ones that break for you Sprocket or the Kuryakyn and other brand ones?

They look excellent rob - at least you know the quality/longevity is there with the HD components (plus you know there will be no fitment issues).
