    Hi all,
Quick question, has anyone had difficulty removing these? Mine are on so fucking tight I almost pull the whole bike off the stand!!
Got Fork cap, oil seal and spacer off, loosened lower triple tree pinch bolts, slid forks down so fork tube plugs are accessible then tightened pinch bolts (Nacelle in the way).
I have the access but they just will not budge. Using a large adjustable wrench.

    Any advice?

    Thanks!

+1  Always use a socket for the fork tube nuts.

And make sure you have a firm grip on the cap when it finally comes off because it is under spring pressure.

this might help a little bit,use a single hex socket as suggested earlier and machine the end back a bit so that all the flats grip all the hex on the cap.nearly all, if not all sockets have the flats recessed back a bit so only gripping half the flats on shallow nuts/caps [ this helps with land cruiser diff/gearbox level plugs as well] .cheers
