M8 Stage 1

    Anyone had an issue with oil spraying out of the stage 1 air cleaner?
    I have found oil spraying out of the cleaner a couple of times now and don't quite believe what I am being told by the dealer. Their answers were:

    1. They do that when they are due for service.
    2. Maybe the guy who did the service over oiled the element.
    3. That is the trade off for putting a stage 1 cleaner on.

    The pic is what we found when we opened the cleaner prior to that last comment.

    My M8 with stage 1 isn't doing that.

    I love number 1, They do that when due for a service. 
    My god electronics have come a long way, you gotta laugh!

    Can we name the dealer? I'd email HQ if I was given any of those answers. Unacceptable response.

    Had same problem and was told "they all do it"( Bullshit ). I ended up not going to the dealer again. This happened after I went to K&N filter also. Didn't happen on the softy though. Same setup but with V&H pipes.
