Motorcyclist Kicks car

    Im like 90% sure the cager wasnt paying attention and almost kill this mc rider hence why he kicked the car. 
    So many times i wanted to kick side mirrors off cars

    That motorcyclist will be going to jail..
    Old mate in the car will say he was startled by the violent kick to his vehicle and the swerve was involuntary. The bike rider can't say anything as it looks at this stage and without further video that he is the aggressor.

    Smile and wave or be prepared to be knocked off or do time. Simple

    Great save by the Harley rider. That wasn't you was it hutchy? Took the tour pak off? Went to us?

    Short of a minor offense I don't see how the bike rider could get into any real trouble unless the law is a total ass....  The driver could have slowed down and taken down the number plate - they chose to attack using their vehicle as a deadly weapon.

    What about the poor third victim in this  which is now in hospital which has been caught up in this shit

    Kicking a car at speed seems a bit stupid to me -- you don't know what will happen next compared to, say doing it at the lights. Now an innocent third party is the biggest loser.
    I've had plenty of reasons to get pissed while moving but a finger or shaking the head will do. Lights are different when stationary, but irrespective you have a level of ownership if the situation goes pear shaped.

    Actually saw some road rage today. Ol Mate in Car A pulled up at lights, got out and went to the car behind and commenced getting agro. Green light came and went, other cars went around. All agro until Ol Mate in Car B gets out and was a full foot taller. Car A driver did the bolt and took off with Car B driver honking behind. Bit funny.
