Hi guys, well it's time to add a tourer to my garage and really only the Ultra or Indian RM fit the bill.

I am 99% confident it will be another Harley as having a hard time sourcing a Indian Roadmaster for a test ride up north and the dealer network is pretty small.

I like a bit of go in my bikes so wonder if I should go to a stage three or maybe just to stage 2 with a torque cam on the Harley. My current ride produces 82hp and 100lb torque at around the 3250rpm mark which seems to suit my riding style.

Would like the extra on tap HP with the stage 3 but would appreciate the opinion of those guys that have done the mods. Looks like if you do a stage 2 kit and then upgrade to a stage 3 later you would be replacing the cam again.

Anyone out there ridden the stage 2 or 3.

I think asking people on a Harley forum if you should buy a Harley ultra or an Indian will not really help you much. And if you ask on an Indian forum you'll have the same issue. Test ride both and make up your own mind.

Yeah that's true bud , but my questions isn't about which bike rather which upgrade to the Ultra best would suit. Haven't rode an Ultra with either stage 2 or 3 only stock. Was after some feedback from maybe someone who has.    Hop that clears that up
