Looks like 1894 Hildebrand & Wolfmüller. Or very similar design. Just a guess

Its beautiful. If they were made like that today with modern upgrades they would sell very well.
Imagine how far out the chest of the first hipster to buy one would stick? His head would swell so big you wouldn't see his beard.

Worth a pretty penny if you had one kicking around in your shed.
This auction was a while ago and the bike is a bit ratty.
Old too, 1894 was a fair while ago.
