The shape of the curves looks about right for a 103 with se204 cams.
The scaling/numbers seems a bit inflated to what they usually produce. But that could be the calibration of the dyno, the conditions, correction factor etc. Ideally you want to see the af graph below the torque/hp graph to see what the fuel is doing. From what I've researched the twin cam heads are usually limited to 100hp and getting to that with just a cam change is not common. Your torque peak number is higher than I've ever seen for a 103 with exhaust, ac and 204 cam change.

My last bike also with 103 and Se204 cams made a peak of around 108 lb of torque and 96hp or similar from memory. Din correction factor and a dyno with possibly some calibration issues. Rest of engine was stock and just had stage 1 air cleaner and exhaust which was a supermeg 2-1 which are reportedly among the better pipes. Bike came on song about 2700rpm. Torque and power was similar to many others I'd seen on Yankee forums. It required a bit of two and fro to get there due to two separate issues involving the tmap sensor and clutch.

Most importantly I was happy with how the bike went afterwards. Hope you are too.

Don't take what I'm saying as gospel. I'm no expert and there are some bright blokes that pop into these discussions from time to time and hopefully they'll share their experience.

Hey 12Glide, from an other 12 R.Glide fella. Just throwing my last figures from Dyno play, with installation of 204 cams for comparison for you.

That's a Walt Disney dyno for sure
The run was done in 4th gear looking at where hp crosses tq. Would yield higher again numbers in 5th gear.

Riding after 204 cams and dyno, leaves a smile on my face. Seriously, not huge dollars, but I would have loved what people call the staging 4 riding, but I"m very happy with what I have, as compared to previous input is great fun.Now just gotta work on the clutch a little, spring thinking.
