    Hi Guys

I have a 2015 Breakout, trickle charge fitted. just found that when charger turned on i can feel a small charge coming from all metal parts. When charger turned off, no charge through bike frame. I removed the charge cables from bike and checked, no insulaton worn from cables. Reconnected and connected charger with no section of cables touching the bike other than the terminals on the battery, turned charger on electrifyed the bike.

Anyone got any ideas, no additional wiring fitted to the bike.

Hi. Does it do the same on other bikes you have. Are you using a power board / extension cord. Do you have an earth leakage switch. May not be a prob with the charger, possibly house / local wiring.

The answer is a bit long winded, but I will say up front, if in doubt get it tested.

Older power supplies use a mains transformer, and this would provide good isolation.
A lot of modern power supplies don't use a transformer to step down the mains voltage, but use what is called a "switch mode" supply.
They use a small capacitor for noise/EMI suppression between the input and output, this capacitor will leak a small amount of current and this is likely what your feeling.
If you have a multimeter, measure the voltage from the bike earth (frame, etc') to a known ground.
You will likely see around 50-70v, but the current should only be very small.

Loose earth Terminal on your battery perhaps maybe getting some leak down thru frame, duuno just a guess

Sounds like an earth issue with the charger...your acting as an earth when you touch the bike and hence the elctrical feeling.  Try a multimeter betwwen the bike frame and a known earth point and see what you get.
