So i installed a new set of pipes and gaskets, torqued the bolts, went for a ride then retorqued.
After another ride i decided to check again, the front top bolt seems to need retorquing again, the others seem ok. Thing is now the bottom  and top bolts arent even now(top nut seems further in), will this cause any issues?

More thread showing on the upper bolt indicating that the flange bracket isn't flush

Doesn't sound like it, I've got some bad decel pop between 2800 and 2000 rpm but I'm trying to tune that out

Might just get the screamin eagle gaskets and give em a try, got stock tapered ones but the pipes ends arent tapered like the stock exhaust

Light a candle and start the bike.
Hold the candle near the flange, if it flickers or blows out you got a leak.

The threads are dry as a bone. You do realise that all torque specs are for lubricated threads yeh?
I'd run the SE gaskets (and clean and lube the threads), also make sure there are no mufflers fitted/ heat shields tightened when you torque it all up.

Could also have a bodgy set of headers, it happens...

Just confirm 100% that the 2 threads heads are the same length, for some reason one could be shorter??
