Just arrived home from Alice Springs to Port Augusta and back
My wife and I work with injured baby roos for wild care and numbers are climbing fast, very fast in fact
Lots of feed out there and there and it will last all year so just a heads up, don't ride at night and keep your eyes open

    Ride safe bros

On the brass balls run a few weeks back I took note of the high number of roos by the side of the roads.  They were everywhere.  Good warning and great work.

And when the dry season hits, they will be dying in the thousands.
I get a small mob on my property most days.

I'm in Canberra and they are by the thousands, all over your lawns. The roads and golf courses are covered in them.

Yeah good work BD. Bit of a heart breaker to see hundreds of Aussie icon kangaroos and wombats just smashed up and left of the side of the road like so much rotting smelly trash. People just couldn't be bothered slowing watching out for them or stopping.  In some countries, council workers do a daily run and at least pick up the road kill carcasses while they are still a bit fresh and process the meat for pet consumption / fertiliser. Also saves the kiddies from wondering WTF happenned to Skippy!
