Purchased an ebay special rider back rest for the fatboy the other day, didnt want to spend a fortune as it will probably be used about once a year. Ispoke to a guy on the Hume on the way back form a ride last year that purchased one off ebay for his fatty and he said he loved it. No issues at all and cheap enough. I lashed out and purchased one as well for the once a year long ride I do on the fatty and when it arrived I rushed out the back and fitted it up.
Fits well and sits in just the right spot to give me good support while riding. I have a rather fat set of T bars on the bike with an 8 in rise and a bit off a pull back as well so was worried the rest might not work.. having said that its fits right where I need it, quality is good and allows me to lay back into the rest and still have full control of the bike.
So if anyone is looking for a cheapish quality eBay special these seem to be the go.
