I purchased this 3 days ago off a guy, who said it was new never used. It was his Father's who  past away last year. But I found out after taking my bike and tuner to Harley Davidson dealership today, still married to his bike. I have heard rumors you can get unlocked, BUT BY WHO ??? And not to be a scammer on the other side of the world. Send tuner away with $ and never get back anything. Currently this is just a paper weight I wasted $ on :-(

Send a private msg to fikmik who can unlock for a fee. He's in Melbourne and is genuine. 

I've sent him a msg asking him to msg you but I haven't seen him on here in a while.  He sells reconstituted screamin eagle tuners too.
