I have a base gasket oil leak that needs fixing on my 07 110 and was wondering

whether to go with a 117 kit when it gets done.

What's the verdict from those that've gone from the 110 to 117, well worth the money?

and on that how much would I be up for, for the kit?

Am happy enough with the performance of the 110, but thinkin  "well when I'm there".

from all reports it's a good thing. Some change the cam as the 259e likes a bit more comp then 10:1.

I have a few buddies with them and they are happy. The one properly tuned flies. The one with the SE canned map is really no quicker than my tuned 110.

Heaps of info on the US CVO boards,

If your gasket is apart under warranty, you only need to pay the labour for the cam swap in reality.

Looking at about $3500 for the kit roughly.
