Probably nothing on a stock engine

I can't offer flow rates and the like,

but (out of the 2 that you asked about)

from what I have gleaned over the years

( if I was to chose) I would pay the extra and go S&S.

Thanks and yeah I decided to go with the S & S ones. Yes I am going with bigger cams, 107 barrels and forged pistons with Screaming Eagle ported heads that's why I want a better oiling system.

If you want the best this is probably it.
Dan Thayer 3 stage oil pump.

My engine has a fair bit done to it and I still run the stock cam plate and pump, just fitted the Baisley spring for a bit more oil pressure.
I feel the stock set up is pretty much enough for the roller bearings in the engine, plenty of oil seems to get to the rocker assemblies and everywhere I've inspected there's plenty of oil.
When I go to 124 at some stage in the future I'm sure I'll upgrade then as my stock pump will have a bit of mileage on it by then anyway

thanks Daggs but I can get the S & S gear for under $800 landed and am happy with that. I only want to do it once, that's why I'm upgrading the oiling system.
Yeah mate I reckon it will be enough to put a smile on my dial
