    nice looking triumph!
do you have to pull the engine speed up knob out to stop motor cutting out at idle?
reason I ask is a guy up road from me, bought a new triumph think same motor as yours, efi brand new, he wanted me to ride it the 200k home while he followed in his ute ( he had not ridden in years ) any way salesman said when it cut out idling after I first started it, that you need to pull this engine speed up out to stop motor cutting out. I said this is an efi and a new bike I expect the efi system to do all that. anyway 70k into ride home, stopped at a set of lights and motor cut out while idling, it was rthat quite and smooth at idle I did not know it had stopped. so had to keep revs up with throttle every set of lights. wondered if that is normal?

I had one of them a coupel of years back. Modded it up, I'd have a pic at home. Put in the bellmouth, opened up the airbox, ran a tune, got rid of the low speed air contraption. In the end it ran pretty good.
I'll dig up the pics when I get home, but I did like mine...until I got the Slim S and had to make room.

Scouser nice work mate it looks pretty bloody tidy, black on black with tan is a nice colour scheme, those tires looks like you were thinking of heading down the scrambler path...
I was considering a 2013 Speedmaster before I bit the bullet on my sporty XL1200C, the newer Triumph's are well built in my opinion (all different manufacture models have their idiosyncrasy's) unfortunately they are just a little expensive, which probably is due to the UK $ sitting close to 60% more than our $
