Hi All,
Hope you're all well. It's been a while since logging in ... great to see the following is strong.

Went to Darwin rego today for a compliance check ... WA to NT rego check. My bike is a 2015 FLSTFB and the VIN number backs that.

Trouble is the fellows marked it up as a 2010 model as this is the manufacturer's date on the compliance plate.

"Well Chaps," I said in a diplomatic manner, "I think you're all a bit out of order devaluating my beloved scoot with such intent ..."

Turns out that no matter how nice you are, you can't convince some people to change their mind.

So now I need a new compliance plate that states the true manufacture date, to match the VIN.

Anyone had similar issues with incorrect info their compliance plates?

Nah ... bought in from Perth HD - great guys ... been in contact with them and will go to Hidden Valley HD as a result.
Pretty sure it'll work out but wanted to make sure there weren't any "batch" errors, common issue etc.

The plate is white and starts with 5HD .... Had a chat with the local HD fellas today and they're working through it. Hope to hear from them in a couple of days. Gut feel is another sticker will get printed and sent up for HD to install.
Will keep you up to date when I find out what happens next.

Definitely encourage all the great Peeps out there to have a quick squizz at their plate for starters.

Fellas at Hidden Valley HD have done their magic ... new plate on the way. Now, all I gotta do is get it through MVR!

Just to close it out ... The new sticker/plate arrived with the correct build date printed on it. Took it through for another compliance check and all passed ok.
