Not live but noticed they trademarked the name a year or so ago so have been waiting for it, and knowing what the OG sportglide is means you could put money on it having a little fairing and bags.

I didn't pick the inverted front end, rake and forward controls though.

    Seems confused as fuck.

I actually don't mind the look either !
The wheels look crap, and the exhaust , but I think it's one of the better bikes in the new "softail" range.
Why the hell wouldn't they fit a dual disc front ??

I actually like the look of that bike (except the wheels which look like they came off a 1980s Yamaha) but as Speedzter said, why on earth is there no second disk?

It's a shame they came out with this assembly of parts bin items. This new model should have been something up there with great bikes like the FXDXT and FXRT & (although nobody bought it) the FLD instead it looks like a breakouts little sister with a cheap chinese ebay fairing and clam shell bags.

I own a dyna and don't really care that they killed off the model but lots of guys (especially the young punk market in the US) do. The sport glide hype has been around for a year now and THIS was the mocos chance to reel all the dyna clowns (currently crying into their corn flakes) back in.

I still think the monoshock + m8 frame has legs but the moco just seems to be taking blind stabs in the dark for some of these models.

They've gone about it all the wrong way. We should be able to spec these bikes from the frame up from the factory.

-Choose your frame/rake, engine size, wheels, fenders, tank size, rear end, front end etcetera.

Give me the tank and fenders off the Slim, the wheels off the slim only dual disk with the suspension off the new fatbob and removable top loading bags (only hard like a tourer) like the Heritage has and slap a decent sized removable fairing on.... I'd part with my hard earned dollars now.

Dunno how that’s any uglier then these other spew producing things Harley’s coming up with atm?( bar the tourers).
If anything at least it has decent lines and don’t look like a squashed up out of proportion hunk of garbage like say ,the fatbob

I really like it. The fat bob and the fatboy were my pick of the lot, but this new Sport Glide has my attention. I'm not particularly keen on the bags, but If they come with the bike at no extra cost, then I'd put them on when I need them then take them off the rest of the time. I don't mind the fairing, it seems to fit in with the current trend of little fairings.
If I had them money, I'd get one and it'd be my highway mule.

looks ok to me, all you guy's saying it looks like a victory , or it looks like a Yamaha . easy for me to see your not motor men, first thing I look at on anything is the motor!!
it need's brakes, I think in use they think all touring is on an interstate hardly ever use the brakes. it's like a big girl in stiletto's walking down a steep hill ( hard to stop quick )

It's probably just the way the picture is taken but the right mirror looks huge in that picture.
Apart from that its probably one of the few bikes i would look at trading to (depending what its like to ride), the tank size of most of the new dyna replacements puts me off.

It’s the only new model so far that I would consider.
Well the only one that resembles a Harley in my eyes.
Not having the poofy looking small tank helps.

I am with the like it brigade,
Also would like to see dual front disks.
The pipes would be sorted with some aftermarket stuff anyway (who runs stock pipes) lol.
Would like to see a change in rake and wheels sizes to get a slightly more agile look for a supposedly sports/Cruiser.

    But as a Tourer/cruiser I like it.
