I have fitted a Brawler single seat to my 2017 Roadking. In the catalogue Harley state it has smooth lines, since the day of install it has never had smooth lines. I went back to the dealer and showed them and they too thought it looked crap. They contacted Harley but Harley would not replace it as they claim the folds in the leather are acceptable - what about the smooth lines - what do you think?

I agree. Doesn't look right. I'm again amazed that a dealer (with all their turnover, public image and reputations) would absolve their responsibilities to the manufacturer. The dealer should have offered the refund / replacement, and then fought it out with HD.

Not one image in the net shows those creases. Most worrying is that front crease which I’m thinking might eventually lead to a crack in the leather. So I reckon the seat doesn’t fit properly and is being compressed, hence the creases.
If that’s the case, the seat isn’t fit for purpose and under Aussie consumer law you should be entitled to a refund or at least a store credit.

Have the Brawler for my ride and does not look like a wrinkly old cow... Smooth as and nice round town as lower me just that much.

No mate.....it isn't meant to look like that. As previously written, that's gunna cark it with those creases. I've never seen a new seat looking like that. Hope you get it sorted.

Mine did the same, not quite as bad.....I took it to Ergo Seats in Brisbane and for $50 they fixed it......I knew HD wouldn’t warranty it and couldn’t be fucked with the hassle......before shot.....

    After shot.....

Many years ago I did my trade as an upholsterer so over the years I have made and recovered a few bike seats. Its obvious that the seat has been covered incorrectly. I would imagine that over years the excess vinyl or leather would fold and crease eventually cracking. I'd have it fixed one way or another.
