I changed to the signature for the back rest on long rides which is really great, can go all day. It dose sit you up just a little which was no issue for me but it dose also push you forward a fair bit which took some getting used to, if you had longish legs may feel to cramped  i'm 5'10" and adapted to it no problem after the seat settled in.
