Have been doing some research on oil coolers, am thinking about joining a group of friends doing a trip to Darwin next year. I found this picture on the US forum, any of you guys know anything about the oil cooler on this Dyna.
    Cheers

Ultima make them aswell have had one on my bikes for years work good  no issues  I think a few of the
Aftermarket mobs have them in different brands  bet there all out of the same factory though
You could always try a Oem style slip on oil filter cooler coller  I have one them on my other bike
The only down fall to them is you have run Oem oil filter as there interference fit  just slip on
Thay help too. If you do a search there’s a thread on them retroman has done few  temp test
On the slip on  but I believe the down tube type work better  my 2c

I've always been of the opinion that they're not needed for the average Harley. Bikes with turbos or towing/carrying heavy loads for example, would benefit from a cooler.

The oil has an operating temperature range that is optimal and which needs to be maintained. If it's not hot enough, it won't do the job as well.

DK Customs do one for a Street Glide as well, but where it ends up been relocated does worry me. It ends up below the passenger foot peg, and it may be possible that it could be damaged by a stone, cos I would love one that makes less mess
