1971 Datsun 240Z - Jay Leno's Garage

    The older I get, the more I appreciate cars like the 240z.  They weren't on my radar when I was younger, but I think they're pretty cool now.  Apart from not keeping the original 6 cylinder motor, I like what this guy has done with it.

    From some angles I really like it, from others, not so much.  I think it's the yellow lights and up front mirrors.  Saw a few of them around over the years, never owned one though.  Closest thing I has was a Datsun RX-4 (Rotary engine) - awesome car in most respects.

    If I remember correctly the mirrors mounted on the fender was a Japanese thing.  I also think he should have put the front grill in, it doesn't look good with it missing.
