    I would like to ask somebody who has a bike with a cut down for some truths about function 
    In my opinion a cut back guard would be a cop magnet you must get rooster tailed by every thing loose on the road, you would think clothing or any thing loose or dangling would be dragged into the guard and on and on the list would go .... awesome example below

    I know QLD has specific laws in regard to how short the rear fender must be. Not sure exactly what it is though. In regard to clothing getting caught in the rear wheel/axle I do no see this bing an issue as I see so many of them, rockers, breakouts with very small rear fenders ie thunderbike and heartland......
