a new set of connecting rods, crank pin ,bearing set fitted, original tappet blocks with new hydraulic lifters, a complete cylinder and piston kit comes bored and honed to size ,just needed to gap the piston rings, had a set of cylinder heads reco,d by allen at s.e.r. ,cam chest got a new cam shaft with most new parts, also some used parts since the (v-twin) parts l bought were a lousy fit, rocker blocks and arms re-reemed to size, original4 fin cam cover with new bushings fitted and reemed, a new  armature and field coils, brushes, for the generator,(going 12volt) instead of 6 volt as all my other bikes, new regulator set up as well, only other issue l had with the motor area was the oil pump, bought a complete kit from (v-twin)to suit my original cast iron pump body, the 4 gears, scavenge  return didnt fit in the body , compered them to many others l had ,they were to large in diameter,l made a jig to hold them in the lathe and used an emery paper cloth (course grade) reducing to fine grade, about a thou offeach to get them to work, tookafew hours to make the jig holder and get them right, shouldnt have to do that,so just thinking (to myself)what lousy productsive received fromv twin over the years if l couldnt alter /repair the parts they have supplied over the years and had to take them to engineering or other companies to sort id have paid $$$$$thousands extra than l should have had to.

Really nice work kickinon, kudos to you for the patience and dedication for the build, you have inspired me to maybe tackle something similar one day.
Hope you don't mind me saying though - a few photos out of focus (especially the last two).
