Wow, what a great collection of Scooters, regarding that blue and white one, your not going to believe this, but I've got one of those, mines a '59 model, they are a Czech Scooter called a Cezeta, mines red and white, but I don't have the Pav trailer, even those trailers are plenty cool,

Yeah its a great looking scooter, imagine in the late fifties it would be the Rolls Royce of Scooters.

I have alot more pics of scooters, dont think here is the place to post as it is intended for "your other bikes"

2,900 km’s in 3 days, lots of sticky mud through the gorges around the Northern Flinders after the rains up north. The Pig handled herself quite well.

It arrives this week, this was the last trip on the Trumpy, as I don’t like strapping 2 x 10 Litre plastic jerrycans on the sides to get the 700 km fuel range

A bikes a bike after all

Why? That's my opinion.  If hes gonna post pictures of a bike that looks like an insect gone wrong on a Harley forum then there is going to be opinions either way, its called freedom of speech. Mine is that it looks like shit, and don't get me wrong I like a lot of Triumphs.

As long as he likes it thats all that matters. Hes got to ride it not me.
And what “ Pretty” bike would you purchase to do 12-15 k per year on outback roads on?

had a mate that did the Simpson Desert on the mighty Triumph Xca along with 5 Kato 1190R's

Boy did that test the Triumph .............up 1100 sandhills and it NEVER even looked like getting hot / boiling ..

I saw him doing 60Kph on the speedo but the bike was at walking pace going up the hill ( think about that )

i was sure it would have boiled ( nope never did)

The African Twin is GREAT value ...........Darryl Beattie followed us ( we followed him really i suppose) across the deseert as we headed over for Finke 2016

He kicked ass on the African Twin ( only one in the country at the time i think too)
